The rhythm of feminine energy follows the same energetic sequence we see in the seasons and phases of the moon: emergence, expression, contraction, regeneration.

When collective systems reward only perpetual output as expansion,  natural contraction often translates as failure instead of part of an intelligent system designed to naturally spiral in and out of phases of expansion and contraction.  ​

Over twenty years in retail, I began to recognize this same  intelligence  moving through business cycles every seven to ten years, also moving through relationships, careers, identity, and life itself.

Misreading the completion of a cycle and pushing through will often create expression through wounds that express as scarcity, reactivity, and control. Letting go can feel so unsafe and very uncomfortable, but keeping a completed loop open will often result in a deeper and more chaotic friction.

The work is not to reject what carried us here, but to recognize what it taught us, what remains true, and what has completed its purpose. That integration expands our capacity  to build from what is deepest and most true within us, and creates the conditions for the same pattern to express through gift rather than shadow.
